Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chunks or chips

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows


Instructions

1. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.

4. Fold in chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows gently.

5. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are set and centers look soft.

7. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
