Description
This Cheesy Rotini Pasta with Garlic Butter Sauce and Ground Beef is the ultimate comfort meal. Featuring tender ground beef, rich garlic butter sauce, and melty cheeses tossed with rotini, it’s a flavorful, easy pasta dish perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp butter
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
3. Lower heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, then stir in the garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
4. Add cooked rotini to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning. Mix until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
6. Serve warm and garnish with extra Parmesan or parsley if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for the best melt and flavor.
Don’t skip reserving pasta water—it helps adjust the sauce texture.
Feel free to add mushrooms, spinach, or red pepper flakes for variety.
