Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 cups cooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
2. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture with cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread evenly and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.

You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
