Description

Creamy Garlic Steak Bites over Linguine Pasta is the ultimate comfort dinner. Juicy steak bites in garlic butter, smothered in cheese, and served over rich creamy linguine—perfect for a cozy family meal or date night. Easy, indulgent, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 oz linguine pasta

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add bite-sized steak pieces and season with salt and pepper.

3. Sear until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

5. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

6. Return steak to the pan and coat with garlic butter.

7. Sprinkle mozzarella on top, cover, and melt the cheese.

8. Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.

9. In a saucepan, mix heavy cream, parmesan, and pasta water over medium heat. Stir until creamy.

10. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

11. Toss cooked linguine in the cream sauce until well coated.

12. Serve pasta topped with cheesy garlic steak bites and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use sirloin for affordability or ribeye for richer flavor.

Don’t overcook the steak—aim for medium for tenderness.

Add chili flakes to the sauce if you like a hint of spice.
