Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
3. Fold in the shredded chicken, half of the bacon, half of the cheddar cheese, and green onions if using. Mix thoroughly.
4. Spread the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
6. Let cool slightly before serving warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.
