Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, well-drained)
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature for easier mixing.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Add in the minced garlic, chopped spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts. Stir well.
4. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Mix until evenly combined.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth out the top.
7. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly with golden edges.
8. Let cool slightly and serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
Notes
This dip can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
Make sure spinach is well-drained to prevent sogginess.
