Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 cup whole milk
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round or bundt pan thoroughly.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender: condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, eggs, flour, sugar, butter, and parmesan. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
5. Let cool completely at room temperature.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
