Ingredients
1 box brownie mix
2 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
½ cup crushed candy canes
24 mini peppermint candies or chocolate kisses
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until combined. Stir in peppermint extract.
3. Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with the batter.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the centers are set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
5. While warm, gently press a mini peppermint candy or chocolate kiss into each brownie.
6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
7. Let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Cool completely before serving or packaging.

These brownie bites are best served at room temperature.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
Freeze without candy topping and decorate after thawing for longer storage.
