Ingredients
1 pound kielbasa sausage
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Slice the kielbasa into 1/2-inch thick coins and place them in a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour the glaze over the kielbasa slices and toss until evenly coated.
4. Spread the coated kielbasa on a parchment or foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring once halfway through to redistribute the glaze.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. The glaze will thicken as it sets.
Notes
These bites are best served warm and fresh from the oven.
If reheating, use the oven for best texture and caramelization.
Feel free to add a pinch of chili flakes for a sweet-and-spicy twist.
