Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak tips
1 ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz penne pasta
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella. Mix until fully melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Cook penne pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve ¼ cup pasta water.
7. Return steak to skillet and stir to coat with sauce. Add pasta and mix well. Use reserved pasta water to thin sauce if needed.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
