Description

This Cajun Garlic Butter Linguine with Tender Beef Strips Rigatoni is a bold and buttery pasta recipe packed with rich Cajun spices, tender seared beef, and a silky garlic cream sauce. Perfect for a spicy weeknight dinner or cozy weekend indulgence, this dish brings creamy pasta comfort with Southern flair. Best Cajun pasta recipe with beef, garlic butter linguine, and spicy cream sauce for family meals or date nights.

Ingredients

1 pound linguine pasta

1 pound beef sirloin strips

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef with salt and pepper.

2. Sear the beef sirloin strips until browned on both sides and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.

3. Reduce heat to medium and melt the butter in the same skillet.

4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

5. Stir in Cajun seasoning, followed by the heavy cream. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

7. Meanwhile, cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain.

8. Return the beef to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to coat evenly. Add a splash of pasta water if needed.

9. Top with chopped parsley and more Parmesan before serving.

Notes

This dish is best served fresh while the sauce is hot and creamy.

You can swap linguine with rigatoni or fettuccine for a different texture.

For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes.
