Description

This Cajun Beef Linguine in Creamy Velveeta Parmesan Garlic Sauce recipe blends spicy Cajun flavors with creamy cheese, savory beef, and garlic for a bold, comforting pasta dish perfect for weeknight dinners. A quick and flavorful Velveeta pasta with Cajun seasoning and ground beef, ideal for comfort food lovers.

Ingredients

225g linguine

450g ground beef

200g Velveeta cheese, cubed

60g Parmesan cheese, grated

240ml heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spatula.

3. Season the beef with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

4. Lower the heat to medium. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

5. Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and add Velveeta cubes. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.

6. Add grated Parmesan and stir until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

7. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Velveeta melts beautifully and creates a creamy base—don’t skip it.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melt and flavor.

Adjust Cajun spice to taste if you want it milder or hotter.
