Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup butterscotch chips
½ cup soft cream fudge, chopped into small pieces
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
6. Fold in the butterscotch chips and cream fudge pieces.
7. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing them apart.
8. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are set.
9. Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Let cookies cool slightly before moving them—they’re soft right out of the oven.
Use soft cream fudge or even fudge bites for the best texture.
Microwave leftovers for 8–10 seconds to restore warm, gooey centers.
