Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups packed brown sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups butterscotch chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar and softened butter until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
6. Fold in the butterscotch chips gently with a spatula.
7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
