Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 ½ cups pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
20 slices pepperoni
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add half of the pizza sauce and a handful of mozzarella to the biscuit pieces, tossing to coat evenly.
4. Spread the coated biscuit pieces evenly in the baking dish.
5. Top with the remaining pizza sauce, followed by the rest of the mozzarella.
6. Arrange pepperoni slices over the top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
