Description

This creamy Tuscan garlic chicken recipe is a rich, savory, and comforting dish perfect for busy weeknights or weekend dinners. Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes

1½ cups baby spinach


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

4. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese. Let it simmer to thicken slightly.

5. Add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.

6. Toss in sun-dried tomatoes and baby spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.

7. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer a few more minutes until everything is heated through.

8. Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the best melt and flavor.

If your sun-dried tomatoes are dry-packed, soak them in warm water before adding.

This dish pairs wonderfully with zucchini noodles for a low-carb side.
