Description

These Blueberry Pie Bombs (Air Fryer) are a quick, easy dessert with biscuit dough and blueberry pie filling. Golden, crisp, gooey-centered, and air-fried for a lighter twist, this sweet snack is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or last-minute treats.

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup blueberry pie filling

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

1. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each round into 4-inch circles.

2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of blueberry filling into the center of each circle.

3. Pull the edges over the filling and pinch to seal into a ball.

4. Brush each ball with melted butter and roll in granulated sugar.

5. Place seam-side down in air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.

6. Mix powdered sugar and milk into a glaze.

7. Drizzle glaze over warm bombs before serving.

Notes

Seal the dough edges well to prevent leaking during cooking.

Use whole berry pie filling for the best texture.

Don’t overcrowd your air fryer — cook in batches if needed.
