Ingredients

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

½ cup milk (any kind)

⅓ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt. Stir until smooth.

2. Add blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and chia seeds (if using). Stir to combine.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Use frozen blueberries for a juicier consistency.

You can swap maple syrup for honey or agave.
