Description

This Bloody Spaghetti with Mozzarella Eyeballs is the ultimate Halloween pasta recipe! Spooky yet simple, this eerie dish features spaghetti tossed in rich marinara and topped with mozzarella eyeballs for a fun, festive dinner. Perfect for Halloween parties, family dinners, or creative meal nights.

Ingredients

400g spaghetti

2 cups marinara sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

12 mozzarella balls (bocconcini)

6 black olives, sliced

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

3. Add marinara sauce to the skillet and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.

5. Slice a flat surface on each mozzarella ball. Place a black olive slice on top to create an eyeball.

6. Plate the spaghetti and decorate with mozzarella eyeballs. Drizzle with extra sauce if desired.

7. Serve hot and enjoy your creepy creation!

Notes

Make sure the mozzarella balls are chilled before placing to maintain shape.

Use a rich, thick marinara sauce for a more “bloody” visual.

Keep eyeballs separate if storing leftovers to avoid sogginess.
