Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place skin-side down on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice until smooth.
4. Spoon a small amount of sauce over each salmon fillet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness.
5. Switch oven to broil and cook salmon an additional 2 to 3 minutes until sauce is bubbly and lightly caramelized.
