Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup apple pie filling, chopped
8 soft caramels
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
Instructions
1. Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces for easier stuffing.
2. Flatten each biscuit dough round with your hands or a rolling pin.
3. Add a spoonful of chopped apples and one caramel in the center.
4. Fold and pinch the dough to seal completely.
5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, seam-side down.
6. Brush with melted butter.
7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
8. While warm, brush with more butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
9. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use crescent dough for flakier texture if preferred.
