Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 cups broccoli florets
12 oz fettuccine pasta
3 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook fettuccine until al dente. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli. Drain together.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add pasta and broccoli to the sauce, tossing to coat. Add sliced chicken and stir gently to combine.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
This dish is best served immediately while the sauce is creamy.
To reheat leftovers, add a splash of cream or milk when warming.
Feel free to switch the pasta type or add extra veggies like mushrooms or spinach.
