Description
Air Fryer Garlic Bread Made With Tortillas is the crispy, buttery snack you didn’t know you needed. This quick garlic bread twist uses flour tortillas for a lighter texture and is perfect as a side, appetizer, or crunchy dipper. Made in minutes with garlic butter and optional Parmesan, it’s ideal for air fryer lovers and busy weeknight meals.
Ingredients
2 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley or Italian herbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic, salt, and herbs. Let sit for 3–5 minutes to infuse.
2. Lay out the tortillas and brush one side generously with the garlic butter.
3. Cut tortillas into strips or wedges, or leave them whole depending on your serving style.
4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
5. Place the tortilla pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
6. Air fry for 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
7. In the last minute, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using and air fry until lightly melted and browned.
8. Serve warm with dips, pasta, or salads.
Notes
Use flour tortillas for the best texture—avoid corn.
Don’t overload the air fryer basket to keep them crispy.
For extra flavor, add chili flakes or swap Parmesan for shredded mozzarella.
